Although many services want to pay $75.00 for this service please consider that although package is small there are usually at least 7 to 8 documents that need notarization. This takes about the same time that it does to do a normal loan closing.
General Notarization Fees:

ex.1 If you have 2 documents requiring notarization and you are within 15 miles of 08021 zip code your fee would be $45.00 plus $5.00 or $50.00 total.
ex. 2 If you have 1 document requiring notarization and you are 25 miles from 08021 zip code your fee would be
$2.50 plus $45.00 travel fee plus an extra 15 miles or $22.50 for a total of $70.00.
Nursing Home and Convalescent Home Fees:
$45.00 Minimum fee for travel fee and $2.50 per document. Payable in cash or in advance on my site with PayPal.
When scheduling for someone that is in a Nursing Home or Convalescent Home please be aware that we may have to coordinate with the Home's staff. Please make sure that ALL parties, including the staff, are aware that a Notary Public is coming and what time so that if medication needs to be administered and it could possibly impair judgment or make the individual drowsy, confused or otherwise incapacitated to sign it is administered at a time that it will NOT interfere with the time set for me to be there.
If there is wait time for any reason, such as signer is not readily available or the relative that is meeting me is late there will be a wait time fee for each 15 minute increment of $15.00. Payable on site.
If for some reason the signer is not able to sign or refuses to sign, full payment of $45.00 time and travel fee is still due and not refundable.
Jail Notarization Fees:
$100.00 Minimum fee is payable in advance on my site with PayPal.
Generally speaking it would depend on the complexity of the transaction and the length of time it would take to complete. Also,time of day or night and distance from zip code 08021 and length of time I may be required to wait to see an inmate at the site will also be considered. I have been required to wait over an hour at some facilities.
